With record-breaking numbers and a renewed global outlook, HOST Milano 2025 once again confirmed its position as one of the world’s leading exhibitions for hospitality, foodservice, and beverage innovation.

Held at Fiera Milano, the 2025 edition delivered impressive scale and international reach. According to the official post-show report, the exhibition welcomed 2,235 exhibitors from 57 countries, across 16 halls, attracting 183,000 professional visitors from 156 countries. Notably, 44% of attendees were international, underlining HOST’s strategic role as a global meeting point for the HoReCa industry.

A Strategic Audience for a Strategic Industry

The visitor profile reflects HOST Milano’s strong B2B positioning. Distributors, wholesalers, and import-export operators accounted for 38% of attendees, while restaurant chains represented 37%, followed by hotels, designers, and contractors at 11%. This breakdown confirms that HOST is not simply a showcase event—it is a high-level business platform where procurement, partnerships, and expansion strategies are shaped.

The top visiting countries included Germany, Spain, France, Switzerland, the UK, Romania, Greece, the USA, the Netherlands, and China, reinforcing the exhibition’s European strength alongside a growing global footprint.

The Core of Innovation: Equipment, Coffee & Tableware

From a product perspective, HOST Milano continues to represent the full ecosystem of hospitality. The largest exhibiting segment remained Foodservice Equipment (35%), followed by Bar/Coffee Machines & Vending (16%), Coffee/Tea (14%) and Tableware (12%) .

The strong presence of coffee and tea sectors highlights an important shift: beverage culture is no longer a secondary component of hospitality—it is a strategic differentiator. Combined with furniture, technology, bakery, pastry, and gelato segments, the exhibition reflected an industry moving toward integrated, experience-driven solutions.

Knowledge, Competition, and Vision

Beyond exhibition space, HOST Milano 2025 delivered a powerful knowledge program. The show featured 820 events, including 14 seminars and show cookings, 3 awards, and 7 international championships. Highlights included the World Barista Championship, the European Pizza Championship, and the Panettone World Championship 2025, alongside industry-focused seminars such as Wellness and Multisensoriality in HoReCaSmart Food – Smart Chefs – Smart Future, and 100 Years of Espresso Made in Italy .

This blend of technical competition, design dialogue, and innovation awards—such as the Smart Label – Host Innovation Award—underscored HOST’s role as both a commercial platform and a thought leadership hub.

Digital Reach and Industry Impact

HOST Milano’s impact extended well beyond the physical exhibition. The 2025 edition generated a digital campaign reach of over 5 million, 2 million website views, and 15 million social media reach, supported by a growing online community across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X

For exhibitors and visitors alike, this hybrid visibility strengthens year-round brand exposure and reinforces HOST’s position in an increasingly digital industry landscape.

A Barometer for Global Hospitality

HOST Milano 2025 was not just an exhibition—it was a barometer of where hospitality is heading. The data reflects an industry investing in equipment efficiency, beverage excellence, sustainability, and multisensory guest experiences.

As the HoReCa sector continues to evolve amid technological innovation and shifting consumer expectations, HOST Milano remains a strategic reference point for decision-makers across foodservice, hotel, and beverage sectors worldwide.
